Scope of Work This project involved a complete ground-up HVAC system installation, executed with precision and efficiency from initial setup to final commissioning. Our team delivered a full-scale mechanical solution tailored to meet the building’s performance and comfort requirements. Key services included: Custom duct fabrication and installation to ensure optimal airflow and system efficiency Installation of rooftop units (RTUs) and integration with the overall HVAC infrastructure Deployment of 231 PTAC units and mini-split systems, providing reliable and energy-efficient climate control Comprehensive thermostat wiring and programming for seamless system operation and user control Detailed testing and balancing to achieve proper airflow distribution and system performance Safe and coordinated rigging of equipment during installation Final system commissioning, ensuring all components operate at peak performance and meet industry standards This project reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality HVAC solutions that prioritize durability, efficiency, and long-term reliability.
